Sacredchad Return & Refund Policy

At Sacredchad, we strive to deliver high-quality canvas artwork and an exceptional customer experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Lifetime Warranty


Every canvas is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If your canvas arrives damaged, has a production defect, or develops issues due to manufacturing:

  • Email info@sacredchad.com with photos of the issue
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost
  • No return of the original item required

This covers:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Frame defects or separation
  • Print quality issues
  • Any manufacturing defect

This doesn't cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, scratches)
  • Water damage from spills, leaks, or flooding
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Damage during moving or shipping by customer
  • Normal fading from prolonged direct sunlight exposure

This warranty applies to all orders worldwide, including international customers.

30-Day Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide)

You have 30 days from delivery to return your canvas for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend a tracked, insured service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can only refund items that reach us in resellable condition)
  • Contact info@sacredchad.com with your order number, name, and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items returned damaged or not in resellable condition (these remain covered under our Lifetime Warranty if the issue is a manufacturing defect)

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or remains unclaimed, you are responsible for any reshipping costs.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, with packaging and tags.

Note: This legal right does not apply to custom-made products, such as our made-to-order canvas prints. Our voluntary 30-day worldwide return policy above applies instead.

Refunds Once we've received and assessed your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, including the original standard shipping cost where required by law.
